Circe is an awesome person, very patient with explaining computer technology, comes to your home and works along side of you so you can trouble shoot yourself before having to call again. Fascinating personality and depth of character which is a bonus for those of us who struggle with keeping up with technology. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone that ask me for tech help.

Circe! Circe! Circe! Oh My Gosh! On Time, Communicative, Professional, Follow Up! This is what I look for when hiring someone. She not only took care of some long-​standing issues that I needed addressed but also found some problems I didn’t even know I had and fixed those too. Up and running with confidence in 2 hours! She also has some great insights into free ways to get the protection I needed. I will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

total waste of time and completely unprofessional. Took her literally 2 months to do some data retrieval. Had to constantly email her to get her to update me. Now, I’m not pushy or annoyingly impatient, I gave her my hard drive and she said it would take about 5 days. I emailed her a week later after no correspondence from her despite her promises. She said she was out of town and it would take another 5 days or so from when she got back. So I emailed her a week later and didn’t hear a thing and emailed her several days later and she said she’d ran some test and my hard drive was pretty much dead but that she could retrieve some files but would take another few days and put the files on a portable drive for me to transfer, to which I agreed. I emailed her a week later and she said she was working on it. She said she needed a few more days and asked if she could put the data on dvds instead of the portable drive and that there was a $ 20 charge per dvd. That took another week or so. Total time was just a hair under 2 month for work that she promised to do in a few days.
Not only was she unprofessional, but the data retrieval was a total scam. None of the files she backed up actually worked when I tried to access them. Instead of telling me that even though she retrieved my documents but they were corrupt, she charged me almost $ 200 for 4 dvds with the assertion that she had recovered at least some of my data.
Oh, and when I called the first time she said she wouldn’t charge me if she couldn’t get the job done which is why I chose her in the first place.
Had I known when she returned my HD and my «saved» files that they would all be corrupt I wouldn’t have paid her in the first place but that’s why i guess she put them on dvds and dropped them off instead of transfering them to my new laptop
for me to see right away before paying that all my files were DOA.
Short version: Always had to contact her to find out what was going on, she never corresponded with me. Always missed her deadlines. What was supposed to take 5 days took 2 months. Paid almost $ 200 to have data retrieved with the assumption that SOME files would be accessible and work but ended up with nothing but corrupt files.

Our house computer was infected to the extreme. I had never dealt with a virus before and didn’t recognize that it was in fact mother f-​ing rogueware until some of us got the same thing at work. Aahhhhhhhh!
Unlike our HelpDesk at work (who I could tell were irritated with the fact that some of got the bastard — I’m only human!), Circe was kind and patient with me in this uncharted territory. My computer was fixed in about 24 hours, since she took the time to go through all 3 accounts and really made sure they were disease-​free.
On top of that, once my computer was back home in the cubbyhole I call a desk, she took the time to explain everything and went through the some of the protection programs that were installed on my computer. Superb customer service.
Last but not least, she gave me some great tips for my MacBook too and now I using MacKeeper to protect my precious Mac :-*

is the greatest place to get your questions answered. PCTechsOnline hosted a WordPress class and Circe, the business owner, was the best trainer ever. She taught down to those of us who are tech –challenged. I can’t wait for the next training opportunity and I highly recommend her classes to everyone.

Circe makes house calls — and she can help you over the phone! My wife LIVES on her computer for her home-​based business, and when we started seeing its performance deteriorate, we called Circe. She quoted us a reasonable price to come help us diagnose and correct the problem. She came when she promised, fixed the PC so it was operating better than it had for a LONG time, and gave us tips that are helping us to keep the PC humming. Thank you Circe!

Outstanding service, and very reasonably priced is my short summary for Circe Denyer. I met her at the Chatsworth Chamber, and she came to my house, and in short order took care of my very sluggish laptop. She installed some free ware that I was able to use on both my computers to speed up their reaction time, and help them work more efficiently.
She is completely professional, and someone I would have no problem referring to anyone of my associates for help with their computer systems.
