I really love their phở. I agree with another reviewer though, for mall phở this is a 5. If this was a restaurant it would be a 4 simply because the guy didn’t understand a word I was saying and couldn’t speak to me in English… but, he was nice. The phở was missing basil, but he had some in a bag on the side and I kept asking and finally he understood and I got it. They did have peppers, but I kept asking to leave them OFF… I’m allergic. I got them anyway, lol. I received a spring roll with it YUMMY !! Their food is delicious, no doubt! I will keep eating there.

I’ve had lunch, a quick small afternoon snack and boba drinks here. Everything has always been very delicious. It’s a small location and it can sometimes be difficult to get the attention of the staff though. It’s a great place to get Vietnamese food in Santa Clarita. I’ve enjoyed the food/beverages every time. Give it a try and see what you think!

This a quick little phở spot in the mall so I’m not going to expect a 5 star phở quality. I gave it 4 stars because I think it’s pretty good for a fast food spot and I appreciate being able to grab phở in the mall. No msg, and broth is yummy. It was way better than I expected.

So my wife and I came here on a Friday at 6:30pm hoping to get some Phở. We’ve eaten here before and were fairly happy until this last time. There was no one working. Not even a sign telling patrons that they were closed(if they were) or if the employees went to the rest room. Maybe they all took their break and went somewhere else to eat. Oh well.

Tried their beef phở and Thai tea with boba Beef phở: Beef was over cooked. They give very little beef. Broth was nice and hot but was missing flavor. Some basil would definitely help. Thai tea with boba: Tea was weak, it needed more tea, and it had too much milk. Tasted like watered down Thai tea with extra milk. Boba was way to soggy. Tasted like when my daughter leaves the boba in a cup and tries to eat it hours later. Makes me wonder how old it is.

Early Sunday morning, no bread for sandwiches, no spring rolls, no chicken… this is the way to keep customers coming back. This place better get its act together… you won’t survive in this mall for much longer if you don’t actually serve food at a food establishment.

I had a boba from here once, a taro & it was okay… I’ve definitely had better. If you want a good boba you’re better going to Phở Sure, or Cozy Tea & Juice on Valencia, or even Boba Master. I’ve tried coming here THREE different times to get phở because we have a groupon. The first time the girl said they were closed because there was no more broth??? Okay… The mall closes at 9& it was 6. & the other two times there was nobody there & just a sign… How is it closed at 1:30PM when the mall opens at 10? I just don’t understand. They’re supposed to be open during mall operating hours. I’m surprised they haven’t gotten fined yet.

This would be 4 stars if they were a restaurant with a kitchen or even a stove, and all the necessities to make Vietnamese food. It’s hard to imagine making a go off a few hot plates but they do it. I came a couple months ago to use a Groupon. There were two kids working and a lady stopped me from ordering, telling me she’d waited 35 mins for a sandwich a 3 drinks. She recommended I go elsewhere. I don’t typically eat at a food court, the only reason I came was this place. After waiting for 10 minutes without even ordering, I walked away. Not one to waste $(Groupon gave that away) I came back tonight. No one waiting and a guy training two kids. I ordered, got my food(made my spring rolls to order) within 5 minutes. The phở broth was good. It was missing basil, one reason I’d take a star if this was a restaurant. The spring rolls were missing mint and the crunchy center, but they were good. They came with peanut sauce that was good. I went back to ask for more jalapenos and told the owner about the bad experience before. He apologized, thanked me for coming back and told me he replaced the previous staff as they weren’t making food to his expectations or providing good service. He brought an egg roll on the house after that to further make-up for the previous experience and it was good too! Is this 5 star restaurant food? No. Is it 5 star food court food absolutely! It’d even be close to 4 star restaurant food if the above mentioned herbs were used. I see a grilled cheese joint is coming to the food court soon. Maybe the food court is the new food truck? :)

I go in the nobody at the store, and then somebody shows up and says I can’t eat here because they’re under construction again… but they’re selling group-ons?

I hate to update my review to a negative one especially because I know this is under new ownership/management. I came in today and there’s no longer the specials for $ 4.99 which is fine… But the amount of noodles weren’t any different than when they were when they first opened. The noodles we’re hard — had to let it soak for 10 minutes and still the noodles were hard. Had to ask the worker to hear it up in the microwave … I just paid $ 6.50ish and they had to microwave my bowl of noodles??? That is just wrong. I really wanted to like this place but the way it’s going I don’t see this business surviving. I wasted $ 6.50.

It’s at a Valencia mall food court location. Ordered #10 Beef and Meatballs soup, broth is at its excellent Phở temperature as well flavor. But it seems that they need to cutdown the fat percentage against the soup base, too oily. It’s like I’m putting lip gloss every time I take a sip. Egg roll is Ok. Definitely the Thai Tea Boba and Thai Ice Coffee is a must try.

Getting cold outside and this perfect place to eat chicken soup to keep you warm and help you if you are under the weather. Specially this flu season. The best remedy is their chicken phở. when it’s made right .it’s the best I’ve had and I’ve gone to a lot of Vietnamese Restaurant in the Valley. So please stop by and order .of course they have other Phở flavor to your hearts content to choose. Enjoy and Happy Holidays.

I understand this is at the mall food court but this could be so much better with a little effort. Phở is all about the broth. When my food was ready I could see an oil floating on top of the broth. The smell and flavor are not like any other Phở I have ever eaten and I eat alot of Phở. They give you sprouts and limes in a plastic bag, neither if which were cut today. The limes have brown edges and the sprouts are slimey. This is a chain as I understand it. Someone needs to step in and correct a few things or this place will not make it here.

I wish I could’ve given them a 5 Star review :( So… I called and asked if they take phone orders and they said… «YES, we take phone orders» Cool! Me: Can I please get the Chicken Bahn Mi Cashier: No, sorry we don’t have the sandwiches yet… Me: Ok… so then let me order the #14 Chicken w/Vermicelli Cashier: Sorry, we don’t have those either. Do you want something else, we have Phở, egg rolls, spring rolls and Boba. Me: Okay… Uhmmm no I’ll just call back some other time when you guys have everything on your menu. Thanks Cashier: Ok, so sorry! I really wanted a sandwich and a cold drink, didn’t want to order phở since it’s been HOT as a Devil’s Butt-hole out here in Valencia! lol: D Dang! And I was really looking forward to trying out their Bahn Mi w/a Viet Coffee too! Oh well I guess I’m gonna have to wait till they get everything on the menu ??? Until Next time Pholicious!

I was more than happy to try this little Phở spot in the middle of the food court. I ordered the large meatball and beef Phở, portions were good, the noodles were plentiful and very good. The beef was good and the meatball was pretty good, I just was not a big fan of the broth. I thought it needed a lot more time to develop into the magical elixir I am used to in a Phở. The flavor was just ok for a food court I guess. This will hit the spot in a pinch if I am back at the mall but next time I want Phở I will seek out the real deal

I was so happy when I saw a phở place was coming to the food court. I’ve been twice now and both times I was very happy with my order. #3 Chicken and an order of spring rolls. The rolls were fresh and tasted great. The chicken in the phở was white meat and seasoned very well. One nice touch I appreciated was I ordered a cup of water to drink, and they put it in a «normal» drink cup(not a 4 oz tiny thing some places usually give you) and included a sealed lid on it like Boba drinks have. I got a kick out of popping the straw through the lid. I will be a regular customer for sure! Also, since they just opened, they are offering everything at 15% off!
