VALLEY VILLAGE, CA

Wow! This place is so good. I ordered some BBQ for a party at the house. They delivered the meat plus sides and even threw in some extras. They came and set everything up. These two guys were so professional and clean which is a must when dealing with food. The tri tip sandwiches were a hit and the pork was delicious. I am very impressed and happy that I stumbled upon this gem. From now on I only cater from here.

I found myself at a Hawaiian themed farewell party in «awesometown» … I’m an outsider but apparently there’s a billboard that says that about Santa Clarita… Lol. Anyway… While I’m hanging out with some friends and having great conversations, I can’t help but notice some amazing smells coming from the food area, so when they were finally set up and ready to feed the ravenous crowd, I went to go fix myself a plate, and OMG… The meat… MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELICIOUS! They had Tri-tip, pulled pork, Italian sausage, baked beans, grilled corn, and rolls, everything was so so yummy! Do yourself a favor and try these guys out!
Apparently a new BBQ business in town, and doing right things with their meat!
