The owner/manager is a jerk! After ordering Togo food for my family of 4 I returned home to find only 3 sandwiches in my bag. I checked my receipt to confirm I did indeed pay for 4 sandwiches then called the store. The owner/manager insisted that he put all the sandwiches in my bag. Basically calling me a liar. He inconvenienced me, offended me and was unapologetic for his mistake. I want to note that none of this was the fault of the kids making the sandwiches. The manager was the person who rung me up, bagged my order and refused to take responsibility. Customer service is a big deal in my book. I will no longer be his customer.

The employees are told to sale all of the good no matter what or how old the food is. There are bugs and rats and rat droppings in there food. They put it on all sandwitches and in the salads and even the soup and cookies. we will never ever eat there again. No wonder why so many people get sick there. Plus if the employees don’t sell the stuff they get fired for doing the right thing. How sad.

Can I give negative stars for this location? And especially to your employee Joe! Went in to order 2 subs on 10⁄2 at around 6:30 waited in like for maybe 10 minutes, got both made, and their credit card machine broke. Waited 5 more minutes for them to reboot it try to get it to work… nothing. so Joe asked if I had cash, I said«nah who carries cash anymore?». Everyone in line agreed with me. So Joe refused to give me the subs, also refused to give them to the customer behind me because THEIR machine wasn’t working. So apparently he would rather through away perfectly good food then to just give it to us. Or he took it home or he ate it himself idk. What kind of customer service is that??? I get the whole if you don’t have money you can’t have it thing, but when it’s YOURCOMPANIES fault, you should probably make an exception for the sake of customer service. With all of these subways, even other restaurants in the area, no way in HELL will I ever come back to this one!

Management needs to educate their staff on their new coupons. I received a mailer that introduced a new Subway Club coupon service via text message and I have used the coupon service twice in the last two weeks at this location only to have the staff ‘freeze up’ when I approached them with my digital coupon. They get scared because they haven’t been properly educated that this new coupon exists. Last week the guy politely accepted my coupon in my phone after some hesitance but this week a girl chose to convince me that the coupon didn’t apply at their location instead of calling management to properly handle what she hadn’t been educated on. Once I explained that her co-worker was able to give me my discount offered last week, she then decided to ask management on how to handle the situation. It all would have been avoided if management educated their staff on all the latest discounts and promotions.

The address in the receipt said 19415 Golden Valley Road. The place is small and neat. The servers are timid and less engaging to the customers. I ordered the salad and can barely hear her. It looks like they have regulars there. I ordered a salad and it was less than presentable. I told her no onions and she still added it to my salad. Obviously, their attitude is just to have a job and not really into the customer needs. Skip this one.

I walked in and asked about catering for a giant sub and a lovely young woman named janelle(I believe) walked around the counter and sat at a table with me, discussing all of the possible choices for my catering needs. Really awesome customer service from this girl, and the sub came out perfectly! Thank you!

I’ve read recent reviews about the customer service being bad, but this was not my experience. I was greeted with a smile and my sandwich was super tasty. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it’s a Subway. I would come back to this Subway in the future.

This place is nice and clean. Need better customer service. Charged me for a wrong sandwich. But It was corrected and I got a refund. Who ever made my sandwich took long. I would hate to see chipotle run over subway in terms of quality and services. I hope they get better. I enjoy subway sandwiches!

This subway location in SCV is not my favorite. It’s clean, not busy usually and the service is mediocre. The staff seem to not like their job and that does not make me want to repeat my business at this location. I will actually go out of my way to drive further to a different location where I’m greeted with a smile and can clearly understand what they are saying. Subway has sandwiches for everyone. If you are looking for something healthy, make your favorite sandwich into a salad. If you dont mind calories, then there is plenty for you as well. Then there are those half way sandwiches, like the forest black ham sandwich that is delicious yet the foot long has 720 calories. I heard Subway will begin eliminating a chemical in their bread used for making yoga matts etc, which is a great first step. Next, I would like for them to use non-GMO ingredients or at least tell us which ones they are so we can make our selections as necesary.
