We just got turned away and told we could not get a haircut for three hours. I find that insane. The location was practically empty with four stylists on the floor. Even if they had a large amount of call ahead appointments there is a way to fit walk in customers using simple employee management skills. I have never experienced this at any other location. This is yet another bad point for this location because they previously gave my son a shoddy haircut but we decided to try them again since they are close to our home. We will not be returning and wilk find another place and make sure we call ahead since this seens to be the best way to guarantee we can get service.

First and only time I went here, one of the employees told me that I would be put on the waiting list. Only I wasn’t. They proceeded to take customers who showed up after me and then said it was too late to fit me in. Thanks for wasting my time. Very unprofessional.

Had a haircut today from the great, Tiffany. Actually, the entire staff is thoughtful, caring and makes the haircut experience quite enjoyable. Will be coming back for awhile.

Went in for a simple men’s haircut. Told it was 30 minute wait. They had only 3 stylists working on a Saturday afternoon. How is that a good idea? So we said we would go to staples and come back in 30 minutes. Came back and they still weren’t ready and were down to 2 stylists, who had both JUST started dye jobs. So there was no chance of getting a cut in a timely manner. We waited a little bit longer thinking maybe another stylists would be coming back from break or something. Nothing. Wasted an hour of our day. I really can’t believe that they would be so understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Horrible business practice. We saw several other people come in and leave after being told it would be about an hour wait, even though there was no customers besides us waiting. Ridiculous. And the waiting chairs were the worst I have ever sat in. Was extremely noticeable the moment we sat down. You actually have to lean forward in them. They want people to wait an hour sitting in that?

We came 30. minutes before closing and Jackie Graciously accept us. My hair was fried from the hot roller. The place is open and clean. She listened to what I needed and have some suggestions how to make my hair fuller. Will come back

I took my boss’s son here yesterday to get his hair cut for school for first grade and I can’t remember who did his hair I’m not sure if it was Jacqueline but she did very good I know that I was being annoying because my boss wanted his hair a certain way and she was kind and patient with me she did really good kept his curls how she wanted it but I could see the cut which was nice. They fit me in for a 7 o’clock appointment when it was very busy and on 7 on the dot they took him. The mom was happy & so was I. Thank you supercuts Oh and the staff is hilarious especially the pregnant woman…

Took in my two year old for a hair cut which he had gone before and it went smooth but I knew that this time it would be rough because we recently took away his pacifier and yes it was terrible, but Tabby was awesome, she didn’t let anything get to her nor did she look phased by how he was staying still and basically it took 3 of us and a cell phone with videos to get him to get through this but the cut went well and tabby was great. I also was greeted by the young lady that cut my hair last time and I know that I am really picky with my hair cuts and was probably a pain In the butt. Everyone that works here is really nice and friendly

Yolanda no longer works there and Brittany(who I was told is fabulous) is on maternity leave until early January, so I don’t feel confident going in there now until Brittany returns. Someone please post if there’s another stylist here that does a good job. I have no one to do my hair!

I walked in decided to try a cheaper hair cut place just wanted to clean up my fast growing hair. Wait time was 5 mins or less. The girl was really nice and we figured out what I would have done and she cut my sides I did feel a a quick pinch on my ear early on but it was just a lil«zzzt» from the clipper we were almost done and she was cleaning up the sides when she put the clipper down and walked away. She was gone for awhile and I felt what I thought was water dripping down the side because she wet my hair when she came back with gloves on and a paper towel and she was like Omg you’re bleeding!(Like she just found out even though she was prepared for it) and thats when I saw blood was on the cape and that’s what was dripping down my ear. She was applying the paper towel and there was a lot of blood, it wouldn’t stop. And she kept saying how she didn’t knick me she was only moving my ear and saying I had dried blood I must’ve had a pimple or scratched myself and telling her coworker it wasn’t her fault. Her coworker was cutting a little boy’s hair and I didn’t want him to get scared so I just sat there telling her it was ok. Blood wasn’t stopping and she couldn’t finish around my ear. Anyway I think she is grossed out by blood and I think I heard her coughing like gagging in the bathroom. I paid for my haircut and tipped anyway I feel bad and I’m not going to say her name. Other than the awkward scene(a first for me lol) the rest of my hair is ok I shaved my sideburns closer when I got home Yea it is a cool story bro Lol

Super excited to write a Good review since most of the ones I read are not so good! Just moved recently, purchased a home here in Canyon Country and received a coupon in the mail for a Free hair cut at Super Cuts for a new home owner. Looked on Unilocal and was second guessing if I should go since there was Bad Reviews, Not to mention a couple of people I know said«make sure you just stick to the basic. So my hair not too long ago was messed up by someone else, and then had to go get it corrected at another place but didn’t cut it. Looked on Unilocal and this girl mentioned she had straight and wavy hair, and that’s what I have, and super thick. She mention she told Brittany at Super Cut what she wanted and she got. I can totally agree with other people, receptionist and customer service is not that Great.(Not this location) I was told when calling looking for Brittany that she wasn’t there and she’s super busy, and to try this location or this one and that one! Last but not least I tried one other shop and was told Brittany is a Manager and that’s why she’s so hard to find but she will be at the Golden Valley location on Saturday and call at 8am when opening BC she books up Fast. Tried calling @8am no answer then finally got through at 8:15 and I got her last appt at 9:30. Brittany did an «AMAZINGJOB» and did as I asked and asked before she did it! I can now see why she books up quickly or why people don’t like the customer service, but continue to go back to see her. I also want to mention that before she started to cut my hair I wanted to make sure to show her the coupon, who knows if she was going to honor or not or something. She said«ok great let me get started and asked what I wanted.» She was a pleasure to talk to and my hair feels great! I will be a returning client and pay for her services, it’s well worth it.

Had the best chin waxing that I have ever had. Have been to high prices salons who left lot of hair and charged high prices. The stylist was very good and understanding of what I needed. Highly recommend.

I also called ahead after watching people go ahead of me for a couple visits. I get there and was told I’d have to wait. What’s the point of having an appointment system if you don’t honor them?

Last week, my five year old had a haircut at this Supercuts. He hadn’t had a haircut in over three years; he has autism and doesn’t like to be touched on his head. I’ve tried numerous places and even tried to do it myself while he slept. As a result, his hair was a mess. But Tiffany and Danielle(I think?!) we incredibly patient and teamed up to calm him down and did a fantastic job! I can’t begin to tell them how grateful I am for their kindness and persistence!!!

This location was ok for a while, lately thought I had to wait long periods to get my hair cut even though I call ahead of time. They need to work on their appointment time slots if hey want to keep customers.
