I went to Home Depot looking for a plumber and Taylor Made was one of the three plumbers Home Depot referred to me. I spoke to David, explained my toilet problem, he was very nice on the phone, agreed to have his son come by my home the next day @7am to fix my toilet. When no one showed up I called David @745am, he explained his son was running late would be there around 8am. So I wait…8am to 9am to 10am… no one came. I called David back, no answer. I took off work to wait for plumber, would have been nice if he could have at least cancelled my appt.

I’ve used Taylor Made Construction three times now for several jobs. 1) Painting all the cabinets in my condo white, and adding hardware; 2) Painting a two story stairway; and 3) caulking our master tub and fixing the trim on our glass shower door. Dave and his team are professional, finished the jobs on time, met our expectations, and charged a fair price. They are also very prompt and courteous.
I highly recommend Taylor Made Construction. We have several other home projects we are considering and will ask TMC to take a look at.

If you think it’s ok to use MDF on an exterior door jamb, leave a door hinged improperly then you should definitely use this guy !! Make sure he doesn’t have a party to go to on the day you have him working for you, because he’ll cut out early so he can powder his nose and get on over to Beverly Hills in time. But if you like waiting around for people to show up and not even finish the job properly then again, you should definitely use this guy !!

Really bad customer service!!! They didn’t have the nerve to call to tell me there was a problem I had to call them. They don’t stand up to their word failed to deliver on time, I had to call them out. Don’t use them!!!
