Rude owner who literaly told me he didnt know how to change cotton because he was being lazy and also hanging out with friends when i walked in at 4pm by myself. I have seem him change me and my friends cotton before, also he is always noticeably high. The shop looks disorganized, dusty and barren. They seriously need to clean up and stock the shelves, also awkwardly silent wirh dim lighting, looks like is soon to shut down. Overall terrible vape shop rude owner or worker poor appearance and overpriced.

Great shop with a very honest owner and helpful in every way. Builds, juices, mods, drippers, tanks, and all questions get a answer. OH HE ALSO HAS OMGLIQUID WTF.

Exceptional service.
At times store is out of stock of preferred juice and nicotine level. Buuuut doesn’t stop us from visiting and see what is new. Their professionalism and customer service is top notch in this industry.

There isn’t enough words to describe how amazing Salem and the guys are!
I recently went in on my birthday bought an Ego C Twist Pen in the beginning of October. I only used it less than 4 times before the whole mechanism fell apart.
After a day or so I mentioned the issue to them on a message on «Yelp» and within less than 24hrs I got a response.
They where more than happy to help and fix the problem by personally sending me a text to my phone which i was in awe over because I’ve been to many
shops and none have been
as attentive and this
awesome.
So I went in the other day and to the best of there abilities they where very apologetic and traded out my old defective pen for
a new one for free I know for sure
I will be returning to this shop
continuously.

These guys are absolutely great, definitely my favorite vape shop in the area. Their juice selection is very good as they carry big names and a strong variety of flavors, if you like premium juice at a good price, Vape-O’s is the place for you. In addition to their juice I have purchased my box mod from them and after a few months all I can say is I am completely satisfied. But that is not the best part, the best part is that each and everyone of their staff members is completely laid back, funny, and extremely knowledgable. Whether you’re an expert or beginner vaper, these guys will take care of you and make you feel welcome doing it. Vape-O’s is definitely great!

These gentlemen are great. I have been there on several occasions and have had a pleasant experience every time. I purchased an IPV4 as well as an Artic Tank from them. They are very knowledgable towards Vaping and are more than willing to help the new vaper in the scene. Their vibes are friendly and super helpful. Unlike other vape shops in the Valencia/​Santa Clarita area, these guys will assist you without being pushy salesman. Anthony, the big Samoan/​Filipino guy did my build spectacularly. And the rest of the guys there are always helpful in anything I need. Very laid-​back easygoing atmosphere here. I’ll be back soon

So happy I stumbled across this gem. The staff are laid back, funny, very cool guys who were super helpful. Not only fixed my atomizer but showed me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. Great selection of juice that you can sample ahead of time. Even has my favorite, cosmic fog milk n honey. I will definitely be going here for any of my vape needs!
