This place is wacked! I go to place an order on Super Bowl Sunday and I’m told that I can’t order what I want because it’s the day of the super bowl. You’re not allowed to order any options(all drums, extra crispy, etc.) although these are menu options. In addition, they can only take prepaid orders. I’d normally be okay with that, but since there’s tons of advertisement about placing your order online, yet the two Santa Clarita locations are unable to take online orders(site temporarily unavailable) and no information about not being able to order what you want, I am more than annoyed. Instead of the website advertising about placing online orders, they should advertise what you can, cannot and are required to do if you choose to place an order with them. They should be forthright, so consumers can make informed decisions based on accurate info.

Everytime I order online they have my food ready by the time I get there only one time I had a problem where they missed our order but I forgave them because other than that one time I’ve had a good experience there unlike Buffalo Wild Wings

Food isnt special compared to other Wingstops. Wold deserve 4 stars of it was not for their manager or supervisor lady.(The short hispanic/latina in the all black shirt). Ordered over the phone and got one bone in and another boneless. Came in got the food went home and both were bone in. Went back to the store as i live up the street. The guy i talked to over the phone was like oh yeah i remember tha order. Im thinkinh oh no problem until we heard the manager in the back in Spanish.. Sorry but im bilingual and understood everyword.

Stopped going here after my stomach couldn’t handle it anymore. Not sure what they’re putting in their wings, but every time I eat here, I can count on cancelling any plans for the rest of the day. The fries are amazing and wings are great but some big about this place doesn’t sit well. Be cautioned.

I ordered the Parmesan wings and Buffalo wings with mild sauce tonight. Unbelievably bad! Even though they had two different sauses, they tasted the same… like oil. Lots of oil. If that wasn’t bad enough, the chicken wasn’t even seasoned. Nasty! It was gross and made me sick to my stomach. I didn’t finish them. $ 20 for wings only and I may as well have flushed it down the toilet. Not to mention, when I walked into the restaurant the cashier didn’t greet me or bother to look up at me. Busy doing what I don’t know but he was rude. This place used to be good. Not anymore. I think the new team just don’t care. My advice is don’t waste your money here and spare your stomach the oil slick and belly ache. At least until they hire some real cooks.

The food tastes like any other wingstop, however they are incredibly slow. I ordered online and the pick up time was 25 minutes later. I came to pick up my food 5 minutes after the time they gave me and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I only ordered a small boneless combo and it took 45 minutes. Not only that, but when I finally received my order, they forgot the cheese dip that they charged me $ 2.80 for and I had to go back. They offered no compensation.

Second time coming here and the location still can’t get it together. First time, online ordering machine/fax machine wasn’t working. Waited 40 minutes for my food. Was offered an extra side for free. Fine. Now, ordered online again and held my breath in the hopes that it wasn’t down again. Ordered at 12:07pm. Came at 12:20, confirmed order, and waited. For another 10. There was one order ahead of me called in and one order ahead of me in person. Only one person working in the back and now I’m late from returning to lunch and this is ridiculous. No apology, no acknowledgement that my order is taking longer than it should, nothing. My frustration with all of this is that if I ordered and paid online, there is no excuse for my order to not be ready by the estimated delivery time of 20 minutes. Staff your restaurant appropriately. The shift manager should be on the floor helping, if they’re even here. Because the girl in the back and the girl in the front have a lot on their plates. Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be, even if your lunch is an hour long. **Oh, just kidding. Now I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes past the ready time. And the customers that ordered food here when my delivery time had been given to me got their food. And I’m still waiting. Cool. **oh, and now apparently they didn’t give me my whole order so I have to go back to get the additional item. Not going back here again.

It’s extremely upsetting when you order food and the kitchen doesn’t read the ticket correctly and gives you a different order. When being handed the food over to go, the employee simply read me my ticket correctly, and by the time I get home and open the order, it’s incorrect. This has happened on more than one occasion, but at the end of the day, I do enjoy their food. I just wish they cared a little bit more to pay attention to detail.

Normally do not even take the time to write one star reviews. I was very disappointed in my experience with This particular Wing Stop location. Placed an order through their website on the night if he Pac-Mayweather fight. I am understanding that it was obviously a busy night and it was going to take. While, however my experience was worse than poor at this location. Like I said I was more than willing to accept the fact that this was going to be a busy night for Wing Stop, however my review is about how the restaurant and staff dealt with the situation. I placed my order online through their website and was sent an e-mail stating my order would be ready at 6:00pm. I have them extra time and showed up at the location at 6:30pm giving them extra time and trying to be considerate of the big event that was going to cause delays over the course of the evening. I waited in a long line for approximately 20 – 30 minutes just to pick up my order which I assumed would be ready. Once j reached be counter I was told, it says your order will be ready at 7:00. I was taken back by the way I was I formed by the ride employee. I would have been more than understanding of the employee had been empathetic and showed myself and the other patrons some kind of concern of sympathized for the situations. However the way it was dealt with is why I am choosing to write this review. It was completely disorganized, nobody was taking charge and the customers in the location were all very upset with the service and how it was being handled. Like I said I know that it was probably one of the busier nights of the year, and I am more than. Understanding of that, but it is how the situation was dealt with. I told them to cancel my order because of the rude service and lack of compassion from The staff. All it would have taken would have been a little bit of compassion and caring on the part of the employees to make the situation better for a of the patrons.

I grew up in Buffalo, the birthplace of Buffalo Wings(though in Buffalo we just call them chicken wings). Wingstop wings are the closest I can find to being true Buffalo wings. That is why I continue to come here. However I can’t come too often because it is a bit too expensive.

So disappointed. I’ve been coming here for YEARS! And quite often. My family and I order the same thing every time. When I brought my order home. It was completely wrong, which happens. I simply called to see if I could get a credit for the future. They told me sure, but next time I come in just to bring the food with me. Sure, I’ll hold wings in my fridge for a month and bring them back. When I asked if I could just come back and pick up what I ordered the manage continued to argue with me. It wasn’t even worth the fight. Definitely won’t be coming back.

First time at this location and I was disappointed. First, I called in my order and left me on hold for 10 minutes. I called in an order of 8 boneless wings combo. They read my order back to me and quote me 9 minutes. I go and pick up my food, no problems and walk out the door. I get home and open up my order and realize they charged me for 10 and not 8 wings, gave me the wrong sauce and my French fries are so overcooked and burnt, I couldn’t eat many of them. Very disappointed and probably won’t go back to this location ever again.

Was here today picking up my order of 20 wings. I get there and nobody greeted me. The«cashier» was nowhere to be found. Apparently everyone there is a cook and forgot to hire a cashier. The phone rang twice and one of the girls walked to the front to pick it up took the order saw me standing there patiently waiting and said nothing to me. Took them about 10 – 15 minutes for them to acknowledge that I was waiting to pay for my order and for someone to actually help me. This place has horribly customer service. Maybe the staff should get better training on customer service and should have someone running the cash registers
