This review is about the customer service. I can’t believe how kind the gentleman is who works here (sorry don’t know his name). I’m living in the Santa Cruz area temporarily, and have no proof that I’m living here. He helped me out and gave me a library card anyway! I’m so greatfull! I love to read and have limited access to TV. I desperately needed some entertainment for my down time. My default for those moments are always books. Thanks to him I’m being saved from being bored out of my mind!
