I agree totally and am surprised that there are not more reviews, but maybe that is because
does such good business they don’t need to solicit reviews. Cassandra, Pete, all of them are willing to work with any issues that arise — even for Mac users like me. I have had all my business: professional website, personal and business e-​mail with them for more than 10 years. In addition to the personalized service and almost never down network, they have the best spam protect system. I almost NEVER get spam. Easy to work with, techies that speak common folk language and reasonable prices + local.

For anyone who is looking for a new internet provider, I highly suggest
. They have been my provider for years and NOT ONCE have I walked away from their business or hung up the phone after needing so many of my problems and questions resolved feeling unsatisfied. They are extremely patient and take as much time as needed to resolve a problem. I’m not the most savoy person when it comes to computers and just purchased a new one. I had sooooo many questions and Brent and Casandra were there to get me totally set up and they never acted frustrated with me for my ignorance of not knowing what to do. And, the best thing is, they are LOCAL.
