Customer service by stephanie was extremely poor, she was more interested in the money for the company compared to the customers wish. She also was talking rudely to a little girl that was not doing anything to anyone or towards the store. Stephanie was very rude as a team member.

This Jamba Juice is always well kept and clean even when busy due to the location (downtown Santa Cruz). I’ve received nothing but great Customer service. All the workers are extremely friendly and polite.
The freshly squeezed juices are delicious! But my all time favorite is the super antioxidant smoothie!

Very standard Jamba Juice but due to their location (downtown Santa Cruz) this place can get super packed. No customer bathroom at this location at all.
I still prefer Mission Street Jamba Juice because they have much better customer service, quality control, and a better vibe in general but this is a good place to visit as well.

Walking in I found this store much bigger than the ones I have been in before. The young lady at the register welcomed me asked me how I am and hoped that my day was going well.
As normal I get a peach pleasure which is my favorite and I found this absolutely AMAZING. The places near my house the drinks are very watered down and you are barely able to taste the fruit.
I have found it to be the best drink I have ever tasted.

Standard Jamba Juice, as far as I’ve seen, except the juice bar does not include items that are otherwise all over their printed menus and posters (lemons and cucumbers, for example.)
The staff were polite, helpful and professional, so five stars for them. About one star for whatever disconnect allowed printed in-​store materials that get you craving certain ingredients only to find out that they don’t provide them at this location. The juice we did order was delicious.
If this location stocks more of the juicing ingredients I’d be very happy to give them more stars.

I absolutely LOVE this Jamba. The staff are so friendly and boy do they make a mean smoothie! Their acai is the best of all the mainstream smoothie joints. I order almost every day and the kids always remember my name. Seriously, super friendly, super tasty and super location! Keep up the good work!

I dont really go to Jamba Juice that often, but when I do its usually for a lunch break. This place is right around the corner from work and can count as a healthy eat rather than something from 7⁄11 or something. Shoutout to the girl Mandy who works there, I hope your supervisor is reading this. She is an awesome and upbeat person every time I come in and she’s on shift; always brightens me a bit so see someone else so cheery. The rest of the crew is always speedy and clean with orders, even when there is a line. I barely sit down before they’re handing me my drink. :) excellent crew and good workers all around.

Don’t see what all the complaining is about. I always order the acai berry smoothie with the C & zinc boost and it’s yummy and refreshing. The staff is friendly, and the wait for me has never been long at all.
–edited my review to two stars because I looked up the ingredients and there’s sherbet and soy in the smoothie. A milkshake should have sherbet or ice cream, not a smoothie. If I’m ordering a smoothie I’d like to be getting mostly berries, why does everything have to have added sugar? Just why?
Also soy is something that I’m sensitive to and it’s in multiple ingredients. Lame.

Not amazing, but gets the job done. The place is staffed by HS and young college students, so the service is often not amazing.

I doubt that there’s much difference from one Jamba Juice to another, though I noticed that the downtown Monterey one sometimes has a limited number of «special» drinks that are cheaper than the regular price.
I enjoyed my super antioxidant smoothie (mostly berries of various kinds, I guess) with a protein boost (always tastes a bit chalky), and gf’s parfait that I tasted was delicious [peanut butter, granola, sliced banana, yogurt (?)] – why don’t *I* ever think of ordering anything other than a fruit smoothie? Call me jealous.

AMBIANCE: Lovely location. The space is also very pretty. It was quite quiet when I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon.
SERVICE: Very friendly. I didn’t have any issue with the amount of time it took to make my smoothies (less than 5min), but perhaps that was aided by the fact that it was pretty empty inside. They were very accommodating with my smoothie subs.
FOOD: Tastes the same as other Jambas.
OVERALL: Jamba smoothies hold a special place in my heart, and will always be a go to when I’m searching for a refreshing beverage on a hot day. I have no problem coming back if I’m in the area.

First and foremost, the Jamba stores in Santa Cruz are franchised and not part of the main chain of Jamba Juice like the ones in larger cities (ie. San Francisco & San Jose). The staff are friendly and accommodating, BUT that is all. Service is slow and they look lost every time I order something from the menu…
I’ve been here a few times and finally Unilocaling it now. The first time around, my drink was okay, but now it SUCKS. The blended concoctions are tasteless, bland and the like. I’ve tried both Santa Cruz Jamba juice locations, and guess what? Both weren’t that great. Shoulda just went with a cheap soda elsewhere.
They don’t know how to make a Thank You Jesus, White Gummy, Red Gummy or a simple Caribbean Passion. Like wtf!
I definitely don’t recommend the Jamba Juices in Santa Cruz to be a place to go to on a hot day. It is healthy, but the taste will definitely make waste.

Not really sure about this jamba juice. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s the same. I get great customer service but im always waiting at least 10 minutes even when theres no one there! Seriously? You guys need to do better. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to make a smoothie. Another thing that really bothers me is that they either make the drinks really short (not filled up even close to the top), really chunky and icy or both.

How sad, they had 2 people working. Little staff = long wait.
Even though they apologized, it sucked waiting 15 minutes to order and then another 15 minutes for my drink to be made!
The drink itself tasted fine, I mean how could you mess up ingredients for a smoothie… that would have been pathetic. Thankfully my smoothie turned out just right!

This Jamba Juice is in a neat location at the end of Pacific.
Their smoothies are great when you’re super hungover or have a gnarly headache but I rarely go here otherwise.
