Very bad experience. Eric charged $ 85 to look at the spa. He was late due to getting lost so we felt badly and paid him $ 100. He was suppose to call with the recommendations. Not hearing back, We called multiple times, telling him to go ahead with the needed repairs and to call to schedule. After at least two months and no response we called to give them one more chance to at least respond, otherwise we would give a bad review. They could have at least told us they couldn’t do the job. That’s all we asked. We had given them the benefit of the doubt wondering if there had been a family emergency or something.

SURFSIDE Eric, 831−535−9166, THIS IS THE ONLY NUMBER YOU NEED, SO SAVE IT! Eric came to our rescue when our pool was starting to grow green monsters and who knows what else. Within days, our Tahoe Blue came back and the kids were thrilled. Since then we have Eric on a regular maintenance schedule. Thanks to Eric’s magic we are now able to enjoy our beautiful pool in Capitola by the Sea. Our pool is sparkling. Eric also discovered recently that our pump just went out and caught it in time. Since we use solar on the pool as well, it is great that Eric not only knows how to install the new variable speed pump but can ensure that it works properly with our solar panels. It is definitely hard to find someone so dedicated and customer oriented like Eric. He’s our Summer Super Hero!

Fast, courteous, professional service. Gavin completely saved the day and went above and beyond — I can not say enough about how happy I am to have called him. Admittedly, I had called another spa repair service, but after playing phone tag, and feeling like I was an inconvenience, I figured there must be someone else out there with better service and I found him! I highly recommend giving Gavin a call — my hot tub was fixed in a jiffy — he even went back to check to make sure it was still working!
