Trade As One

I’m surprised that no one has yet to Unilocal this place. I found this place, strangely, because they needed help. That was when my eyes were open to the wonderful world of fair trade!
To preface this place, it’s a warehouse that ships out fair trade products from all over the world to their customers. But it’s also a friggin amazingly kick your feet on the table friendly warehouse. When we helped out the people gave us an informational on how important fair trade is. If more people invested in fair trade, it would actually end world hunger. How’s that for Epic?
But the friendliness does not stop there. I called with an interesting request and they were so quick to help me. The staff came up with a bunch of creative options for us and you can just tell they weren’t trying to push items at me, they were trying to work within my budget.
So what do they sell? Ummm… almost everything! They carry Divine Chocolate, which is almost to die for! I would probably say it’s the best chocolate I have had. Their tea is great! I love their olive oil. I have a few of their shirts, my friends have their scarves and earrings. One friend brought a bowl as a gift. They have this crazy nice cutting board. Loads of accessories. Toys for the kids. You can really tell all these are quality items. Each item also comes with a story about which organization made them and where it was made from. Some even tell you what you just contributed. (i.e this journal just paid for 8 months of health insurance in India for the workers there)
I highly suggest you check out their site! They deliver and if you’re in the area, you can call and they’ll place your oder and you can just do a pick up! This is the smart way to spend your money.
