Driers don’t dry, floor and counters are filthy, there’s always water on the ground and I’m surprised no one’s been hurt yet. Would never recommend.

Verbally abusive guy hangs out in there, yells at people if he doesn’t like the laundry you’re washing or you happen to be using the machine he wants. Management doesn’t care that he’s there and doing this.
Machines also don’t run for the same amount of time for the same load type/​choice, as well. A hot, full load on any of the large machines should run for the same amount of time on each machine. not run as much as 10 mins less on 2 of them. Not impressed nor do I feel safe using this location.
There’s a nicer laundromat with better machines up the street (Mission) a ways.

Well lit, neat, clean, and very few machines out of order. The front load machines have lots of price options too. Very reasonable and in a nice area of Santa Cruz.

This laundromat is a total rip off. Prices for each machine actually cost 25 – 50 cents per load more than advertised. The dryers are outrageously priced, stink and are lint filled. Not only are they a fire hazard but your clothing stinks when finally completed. If you value your clothing or belongings, stay FAR FAR away from this laundromat.
