Recently I was having a lot of issues with out feeder as well as jamming up. I called Cut Rate, I needed urgent service so they provided me with over the phone assistance to give them some time to arrive. The gentlemen who came was very nice and explained the problem as well as tips to keep the issue from repeating. I believe his name was Jesse. If I have anymore issues I’ll be sure to call them again.

we purchased a used copier from cut rate for far more than it was worth [$ 2,500]. now we’re paying $ 850 a year [to cut rate] to service the machine, which breaks down at least once a month. anyone want to buy it from us? cut rate isn’t interested in taking it back. i sure would love to purchase a machine that does what it should. and it would be great to be able to stop paying cut rate to fix the piece of junk they sold us. can you say rip off?

My company has an older Toshiba copier that we have not been able to get working. I have tried many times to get the drivers for this machine to function on our workstations with no success. I finally called Cut Rate Copiers and they had a technician, Jesse, out the next day. Jesse informed me that our firmware was out of date(something I already knew) and he installed the firmware right then. Before the technician left he made sure that the copier was printing and making copies and that the workstations were properly networked. He only charged us $ 95.00! A week later we had an issue with our network and the copier was no longer working. Another technician, Abraham, came out and walked me through getting our network to recognize the copier and slightly tweak and adjust the port settings. He did this at no charge to us!?! I recommend calling the guys at Cut Rate Copier because they are quick, professional, and they know what they are doing! For the price, why hassle with doing it yourself when these guys are very efficient.
