Incredible work! We had just a small area in our backyard that we wanted turf on, but many companies wouldn’t even talk to us because it was less than 400 square feet. Ron worked with us and drew a detailed plan for the workmen to follow. And the workmen were excellent! Robert, the lead, was very polite and walked me through their work any time I had questions. They got it all done in two days and only that long because we had large concrete pavers that needed to be removed. Our backyard is a dream, now, and we’ve been showing our neighbors! We highly recommend this company!

Off to a horrible start with Easy Turf. They made an appointment with me today, with a half window — 10 — 10:30. It is now 11:50am. I’ve called the company 3 times to find out where my estimator is. Each person said they would find out right away and no one has gotten back to me. They are almost two hours late from the beginning of their window. Not happy!

We had an unconventional project: we wanted to build a dog run with artificial grass. Googling revealed that EasyTurf had thought of this (I couldn’t find it on any of the other artificial turf sites). My (several) calls to the company were treated with great interest and kindness and patience. In fact it seemed as if the man who helped me had been waiting for my call for years! He advised me quite specifically on how to use his company’s artificial turf in my particular situation, using odor absorption crystals supplied by EasyTurf as well as a liner under the turf.
When I called back (twice more) for more details, he sounded just as patient and delighted to hear from me as the first time. He had the products ready for me when I arrived (pre-​cut), and asked me to call to tell him how the installation went! Turf looked good and installation went smoothly. I’d highly recommend this company for the customer service (since most of the turf companies probably are selling essentially the same products. Hard to find a company that cares about the consumer anymore… this one does!
