Jump for All

This company not only gave us great service but went above and beyond our expectations. The rentals were clean and they showed up on time. Their customer service and their staff were great and very friendly. The Ninja Turtle jumper we rented is so much prettier when u see it in person and was a big surprise to my son to see his favorite turtle on the jumper. Our boy and his friends were very happy and amazed with it and they enjoyed it all day long. Lots of beautiful pictures and memories. Recomend for everyone that needs a stress free event.

The best jumper I ever rented. Everything went perfect from the beginning. Really nice lady on the phone. The jumper was clean and on time. The driver was very fast to get the jumper ready for for the party. The kids loved it. Definitely going to get a jumper again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company was a huge disappointment. They neglected to call or show up with the jumper and claimed to have called numerous times. When asked what number they were calling they could not verify which leads me to believe they did not call.

WORST PLACE EVER !! We order a jumper for today (4^th of July) so my mother called to confirm what time they are coming & they lady was sooo FCKN rude & said «NO we are not coming we called 3 times this week and this morning to confirm with you «& my mom said I had got no missed calls nor any messages what so all. And every time my mom kept trying to talk she kept cutting her off and saying «no no no sorry no sorry» but so rude like it wasn’t her fault & my mom asked if they could confirm the number they were calling and they couldn’t even do that. such a disappointment !
RUDR AS PEOPLE !! Never again ! Nor will I ever refers this crappy business to someone else !!!

Me three. Why didn’t I check Unilocal???Where do I begin — UNRELIABLE and GREEDY — I couldn’t agree more.
1) I’m all for people of any background bettering themselves and making an honest living. But when you can’t communicate in English and then you hide behind that as an excuse, that’s deplorable. In an effort to eliminate any confusion, I confirmed my order by email using their own product codes from their website. Which they patently ignored and later admitted they never use !!
2) I also received a confirmation by email from them for a 10AM set-​up, only to have their ONE delivery person show up just before 11AM.
3) When the ONE delivery guy shows up, he only has ONE ARM. Huh? The employee was very nice and very helpful — but why on earth would a company ask someone like this to haul and lift a 150lb jumper and 100lb generator on his own? Needless to say, my guests and I helped to set up the equipment while the kids anxiously awaited.
4) And just as the headache should end… the owner sent the wrong jumper without a roof — so the kids lasted 5minutes before the vinyl in the sun was too hot to touch. When the owner was contacted, the bait and switch began where he said he could bring out the correct item for a higher price! No apologies for being an hour late and ruining the start to our kids party, or for not sending the item that he confirmed from his own website, and he didn’t even offer a discount for their incompetence until arguing with me for 20 minutes — and then he thought that $ 10 was sufficient !
Fortunately we told him to take his items back and found another company that had the correct items setup within ½ hour for 30% less money!
These kind of people should never be trusted to provide a basic service when your guests or children are counting on it and have no business being in business.

I saw the other reviews for this company, but they were a while ago. We used this company today and it could not have gone better. We got a lot of stuff, a large jumper, a snow cone machine, multiple tables and chairs. There was only one gentleman, true, but he had everything completely set up within 20 minutes and was there on time to take it down. Everything work beautifully and our granddaughter’s birthday party was a great success, in large part due to Jump for All! Definitely would use again. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Sally at Jump for All! She was kind and patient and we booked her totally last minute so she even gave us a deal on the price… Can’t wait till our next event in July so I can rent the water slide…

Everything was good until the cotton candy machine that we rented for $ 55 did not function well. I called to report the situation and they said they would send someone out but that person did not arrive until our party was over. The manager did not agree to give us a refund, just some promotion to be used in the future. Well, be assured we won’t rent from them again! I was so turned off with their customer service and very upset that the long anticipated cotton candy never came for the kids at the party. No referrals from me! These reviews on Unilocal are accurate so please listen to them. I regret not taking the advice of «jo j.», the previous reviewer.

So unreliable and greedy. We did not get our jumper, tables and chairs for a first birthday party until 10 minutes before it started. We still had to set them up while our guests were arriving. We previously rented these items from a different company but decided to try this outfit instead. Bad idea. We should have known better when we looking for a business that does not even have a sign in the window. Just a letter indicating the building. Supposedly the dates were mixed up. Why would we rent all these party items on a weekday? This company is so greedy that they sent only one man to do a 2 man job. We have always had 2 men set up the equipment. That’s not all. The man who came had one ARM. To his credit, he was really hauling but… how cheap can you be?
