I have been wearing hair extensions for 15 years and love wearing Bohyme. I used to purchase from retail stores, prefer ordering online since I know what I want and it saves me the extra trip. I have had problems ordering from other websites because they would switch the product shipped to me without letting me know in advance. I can wear 1 bag of 14″, but at 18″, I would have to purchase another, so I was not happy with the longer length sent. I was a little concerned after seeing the negative review, so I contacted the manufacturer and they did verify is an authorized distributor of Bohyme products. I had a great experience purchasing through this website. They shipped my order the same day I ordered, and I will definitely order again. Thank you Andrew for your great service. I love my new hair!!! Well, at least everyone thinks its mine ;)

worked out great for me. I’ve made multiple orders and everything has arrived on time. I couldn’t figure out which colors were right for me so I contacted Andrew and he provided me with great customer service. He was extremely helpful and all my experiences with luxeremi have been excellent. Look forward to ordering more hair in the future!

I am in the process of filing a negative review of so that future customers can be better informed before making an expensive purchase. I am a stylist in Portland Oregon with over a decade of experience. I specialize in hair extensions. In particular, I use an in-demand method known as Natural Beaded Rows, which relies on high quality hand-tied Bohyme hair. Without real Bohyme hair, the service is not flawless. I have done many hair extensions, and the stylist who educated me has been performing this exact service with this exact brand for years. She did not recommend because she had her own reliable distributor but I was drawn in by LuxeRemi’s more attractive website, and the promise of a bigger selection. I was duped. Andrew Hsu, a representative for the company, has failed to respond to my repeated attempts to inquire about the status of the refund owed to me. The company he represents sold me FAKE Bohyme hair. It was clearly not remy quality, as evidenced by the way it instantly matted into a huge one-piece dreadlock on the client after only two washings. I have worked with Bohyme, you can carefully color process it so long as you do not bleach it and it will stay strong and beautiful. This piece however was as matted and awful as you would expect from cheap hair. This only happens if the cuticles are not facing the proper direction, or if the hair is damaged prior to shipping. Neither of those issues should ever be apparent in Hand-Tied Bohyme hair, which is why we pay hundreds of dollars per package. My client had to have her extensions removed, and I was unable to provide a fresh install because Andrew Hsu failed to issue a replacement for the product or offer any compensation for the experience. After he requested that I send a sample of the hair in for them to examine, I heard nothing further and none of my inquiries have been addressed. There is no credit to my bank account for any amount, nor is there any message to me letting me know where to find my refund or potential excuses as to why they have been ignoring me and won’t be refunding me. I also returned unopened product to the company in the same order, because it was not suitable for the service I was performing. First, the item I originally requested was not in-stock, after I had already submitted my order and booked the service for my client. Second, Andrew Hsu offered me little consolation for advertising and selling a product that had been DISCONTINUED, Third, he suggested I use the money I had spent instead to purchase an inferior product that they offer that turned out to be nowhere near enough hair to perform the service. Fourth, half the product he sent me had no adhesive backing, nor directions on what additionally needed to be purchased and used in order to install the hair. There is no indication in the description of any of these products to the true amount of hair you will receive for the money, or additional adhesives you will need to purchase. Other websites will often mention how many grams of hair or suggest how many packages you may need for a full or partial head of extensions on average, but the failure of LuxeRemi to have this info makes it next to impossible to know how much you will need until the product arrives. This is problematic due to their return policy of charging you a 15% restocking fee for all returns. How rude of them to charge you on top of an already bad experience! The client for THAT service is still waiting for her appointment, and I had to refund her the deposit. Not hearing back from Mr. Hsu about this issue has inconvenienced my client and it is only because of her good nature that I haven’t lost her entirely. I strongly advise that even if you have had one or two good experiences with the hair from this company that you shop somewhere else, only because it takes JUSTONE bad, expensive batch of hair to really regret having trusted them, because their customer service is so poor and their company policy clearly doesn’t care about losing customers over their own errors. If you would like to see a video review on this company, you can stay tuned to my beauty blog. Also, there is only one other review for this company(it’s hidden because it isn’t recommended by Unilocal.) It appears to be an employee of LuxeRemi(Andrew Hsu perhaps?) and I find that very disconcerting.
