These guys are rip offs. They prey on elderly people. They charged 7k to do trim paint on my friends house. I’m appalled they would take advantage is an elderly Veteran. Shame on you.

I just bought my home a year ago and it was in need of a few upgrades. I was contacted by Reliant through the HERO program and decided to hear what they had to offer.
I chose to get all of my windows upgraded in the house with reliant and the HERO program. The sales person Henry was very personable and professional and showed me some beautiful windows. I decided to go ahead and allow Reliant to install my windows. During the ordering process, a better quality window became available so the company called me and asked if I wouldn’t mind upgrading my windows at the same cost. It would take a little longer because they had to reorder.
The day of installation came and the windows were even more beautiful than I expected. I was really excited to see them finally being installed. The only problem is that the night latches were left off order and I wasn’t happy.
Now this is were the true ethics of the company and customer service shows. It’s not how a company handles things when everything goes right… it’s about how they handle it when something goes wrong.
They immediately sent Henry back out to assess the problem. Then while Henry was still on site, the owner, Robert came out as well. Robert agreed to take care of the problem and provided me with a solution that was above and beyond my expectations. He wanted to ensure that I was happy and that my needs and expectations were met. He was concerned about protecting the integrity of the company and with making things right. I was so pleased with the way that everything was handled, I am now having them work up plans to remodel my kitchen and add an extra room to my house.
I would recommend Reliant to any of my friends and family because they are just as their name implies – RELIABLE!

I had been putting off getting a new roof for years and have been very nervous every time it rains which hasn’t been often lately. I finally pulled the trigger and asked Reliant to come take a look at my roof. I decided on a TPO commercial roof versus the industry standard roll out composite as I wanted something that would outlive me. My rep was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Once I decided to do it, they came out immediately and cranked the job out for me. They followed up afterwards and again after the first rain to make sure all was ok and it has been great after 3 rains!

Employees who take pride in what they do best! I met the owner and he is knowledgeable in the home improvement industry. Very humble and honest sales representative.

Reliant home solution provided me with exceptional information for my roof replacement, with a fair price and most contractors want cash or check because I did shop around, and I was able to finance my project with a low apr. rate. I love my new roof and I will recommend them for my next project.

I was skeptical at first because I was approached at my home by a door knocking representative of RHS. I thought I’d give the the opportunity to hear him out and now glad that I did. They scheduled me with a sales rep who came out the next day for a free consult and estimate. Rob was very informative and took the time to answer all my question and walk me through the process. I ended up doing my replacement vinyl windows, insulation, and a cool roof system. I have to say that after I signed I was a bit nervous because I’ve heard so many contractor horror stories. That said, RHS installers were out within 3 – 4 to measure and go over the details with me. My materials were ordered and approximately 3 – 4 weeks later the job was done! Wow… the installers were attentive, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the work performed and the level of service. The best part is that my electric bill has already shown a nice improvement. The price wasn’t the cheapest, but then again, it’s my home and the quality of the finishes speak for themselves. I’ll probably be having my home repainted pretty soon and will definitely be using then again.

This has been a really great experience for me for hiring reliant home solutions to do my windows for me. It was wonderful right from the start, from the young lady that called me and set up the appointment to the man that came out to my home. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional. They actually know what they are doing and the windows are fantastic! I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do home improvements!
