I found the Rack Depot via Craigslist when I was searching for racks, they had the best prices and selection compared to other companies out there. Also, their customer service was top notch and they answered all my questions, which were lots! If you’re in the market for racks definitely go with the Rack depot!

This must be a lucrative type of business, because they get away with terrible customer service. I was told my rack arms would be ready twice, and both times when I came to pick them up, nobody knew about my order. I had to drive back a third time to get my rack arms. They don’t have an inventory system other than the «warehouse guy» going back to do a look-​and-​see. I placed an additional order, despite the problems with the first order, and I’m getting the same runaround. It’s unbelievable. If they can stay in business with this level of disorganization and lack of customer service, I think I need to switch over to the rack business!

The Rack Depot has a wide variety of Pallet Racking available in the Southern California Area, I highly recommend them if you in the market for getting some Pallet Racks for your warehouse or need some help with some design work for you warehouse, wrether it be racking permits or rack installations, to the total turnkey project… they really can do it all.
