Worst Credit Union ever!!! It’s Friday, which is pay day for most people and customer service decides to take the day off and since I don’t work for Vons my direct deposit is stuck and there is nobody that can help me. I have also had a fraud alert 3 times. The security they have is TRASH! And all they do is say sorry. To bad you can’t leave a 0 star rating. I feel disgusted even giving them 1.

for clarification purposes, what they do is hold charges in a pool without allowing them to process for weeks. Then, should a charge go through that puts you in the negative, they will reorder the charges to best allow them to charge you the most overdraft fees, regardless of the time frame or order they were purchased in.

I’ve banked here for years. The service is great but they make many mistakes — they always apologize but it get’s old so now I only use their credit card because I have a decent rate on it.
