Abigail Davidson

Unfortunately, I have had to move multiple times throughout my adult life, and have had to deal with many real estate agents and agencies. Without a doubt and without any hesitation, I can say that there is one agent that stands out, and her name is Abigail Davidson of Sotheby’s International in Santa Fe, NMl. I have dealt with Abby over a 3 – 4 year period of time until I found the right parcel of land to purchase for a future home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate — three characteristics that are almost impossible to find in a real estate agent anymore. She knew the area and led me in the right direction, she returned all my calls and emails quickly and never made me feel as if I was bothering her. Since I dealt with her over a lengthy period of time, she never made me feel as if i was wasting her time even though I know that there were periods where she probably questioned whether I would ever buy anything. The last characteristic, compassion, probably the most important and frequently overlooked. I have learned that there is NEVER a smooth real estate transaction, and that the reason we go to agents and not just the internet is so that he/​she can be there and help us through the hurdles. This is where most agents disappoint; however, this is where Abby shines. If you are thinking about moving to Santa Fe, NM, please consider no other agent. If you do, you will most likely be disappointed.
