I took my new(3 month old) Oakley prescription glasses there to have the screws that retained the lenses tightened. I thought that since they were an Oakley dealer and had a snazzy office that I was in good hands. They use a pair of pliers to tighten the bolts creating circular gouges on each lens around the bolt and a 3/16in scratch down the right lens. I asked them in the store what the deal was and they said«We didn’t do that. They were already like that when you brought them in. Maybe it’s time for you to buy new lenses?» I said«these are less than 3 months old and I have two pairs and I only wear these for formal occasions and business and they were flawless other than a loose screw». They gave me the run around, denied having damaged them and they finally offered to replace them with cheap aftermarket lenses instead of the original Oakley lenses that cost much more. Do not trust these people with your eyewear!
