Action Glass & Mirror

I Purchased service from these folks, twice same service both times but the bills were over $ 200 difference. Tried asking why and they did that is the way it is. They should have matched the lower price. Best advice don’t use these people.

If I could give NO stars, I would. James Salazar’s communication skills leave something to be desired. I was trying to arrange a special custom job and he came and gave a bid. Said he would get back to me to give me a time frame. Didn’t call back, so I called only to find out he’d left on vacation. Called AGAIN, was told AGAIN he would get back to me – didn’t. When I finally called again, I was told that I had been rude (I wasn’t) and that I had said I didn’t want to work with them (I didn’t) and HE said HE didn’t want to work with ME. They also had a coupon listing a discount for «custom» jobs which he wouldn’t honor for this job. I had also asked for the owner to call me (who also happens to be his wife), which she also NEVER DID. I say RUN don’t walk away from this company. Not worth being berated for trying to hire them.

They get the job done at a fair price with great craftsmanship, and the customer service is top notch. I have taken in several vehicles to them for broken power windows and to get my windows tinted and was very happy with the work done each time. They are also especially big on giving back to the community. So in addition to great service, these are the reasons I continue to go back again and again because they are a business I know and can trust.

Action Glass and Mirror has installed windshields in 3 different cars for me over the last 15 years and each time I was very happy with the outcome, the service and the time it took to get the job done. Additionally I have recommended them to several friends of mine over the years including a local investor that buys and remodels homes to resell them. My remodeling pal hired Action Glass and Mirror install and shower tub enclosure piece of glass that cost over $ 1500. Like me, he was very happy with the result. I highly recommend these guys. They’re local, they work hard and they do a very nice job!
