I never thought I would need a tow in Santa Fe, but my car overheated and the folks at the hotel I rolled into said to call these guys– I checked their website and their trucks looked nice, the person who answered sounded knowledgable– I have a Bmw out of warranty, and the dealer would be so expensive– I chose Ian’s garage and the tow truck guy, not only brought my 750 there with no damage, he offered to take me back to the hotel– I decided to hang out, but that extra kind gesture made me write this review! A class act towing company! 5 stars!!!

Today I tried to us e these service and the dispatcher was not helpful, he raised his voice with the insurance company that were using his service for me. After4 hours the driver showed up and he was great and very helpful, but the dispatcher was most difficult, unfriendly andunhelpful
