Dr Mayfield helped me on an emergency basis on a Sunday and I am grateful for that. His facilities were not state-​of-​the-​art but were adequate for what I needed. 5 stars for the service.
Unfortunately the health system includes other participants such as insurance providers. Dr Mayfield does not belong to any system but will submit a claim to your insurance company as he did for me. Unfortunately in my case, how he coded the claim resulted in denial of some benefits for me. I asked him to resubmit with changes that didn’t affect the total amount submitted – it would only have resulted in more coverage for me. He refused essentially saying it was between me and the insurance company … Excerpt they only consider changes from a Dr. It cost me significantly. 1 star for for this lack of help.
I would recommend him if insurance isn’t part of your picture.
