These guys make things happen. It’s the only store in town and I have only waited more than 5 minutes one time. usually it is a couple minutes and they are taking care of me. Dig…

Evan and his colleagues did a great job serving our needs. We wanted to activate a phone for use in Africa and they went over all the data, text, and call roaming options, answered our questions. Good job, all

The store is a very disappointing A T and T corporate store. The manager is very antagonistic. She keeps adding fuel to the fire. All of our phones do not work, meaning they go to voice mail instead of ringing most of the time. I don’t get my voice mail until sometimes 24 hours later. Corporate and technical support at the 800 line are looking into the problems and they are very cooperative but nonetheless the cell phone service is not good. The local store refuses to acknowledge any problems and they just add to the problems with their rudeness.

Oh lord — is this really my 300th review? whatever… it involves someone getting an iPhone so I guess it’s worthy. So yeah, came here so my friend could get an iPhone. We went in about an hour before they closing time, stood around for 45 minutes while the two people working helped some patrons that appeared to be idiots. So 15 minutes before closing they started helping us.(When I got an iPhone at the Apple store in San Francisco, I was in and out in about 15 minutes.) From start to finish I think we were there almost two hours. Painful. I’d give less stars but the guy helping(can’t remember his name) was really nice, patient and helpful to us and the others he was trying to simultaneously assist. And he even gave me a $ 25 credit on my next bill for referring my friend.
