My family and I have been using Bartons for years. Recently we used them for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and it was a disaster. All the arrangements fell apart ~ even the new arrangements they rushed to us. I understand that bad things happen, for one reason or another. What I don’t understand is why Bartons didn’t take responsibility for it and just offer us a full refund. It was less than $ 100! We only ordered 5 lapel roses and 1 arrangement for the bride to hold. They all fell apart. We would gladly have accepted a refund and been on our way, we would even have continued to do business with them but they just blew us off and said to take our business elsewhere. No problem Bartons, no problem at all.

We contacted Barton’s about providing our wedding flowers(couldn’t visit in person since we don’t live nearby). They were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I was told to email a list of exactly what I wanted to a woman there, and she would provide a quote. I did so, waited two weeks, didn’t hear anything, emailed again, and still no word. I gave up. Finally, out of the clear blue — 6 weeks after my initial email(!!!) — the woman responded with the laziest, most unprofessional email possible; it was just a list of quotes — no salutation, no apology for her tardiness, no «thank you», nothing! Just«here it is». Oh, and essentially nothing in her email was capitalized(she must be the busiest person on earth to not waste those precious seconds capitalizing letters!) I recommend not trusting Barton’s with any large or expensive orders!
