My sister, mom and I had an amazing experience here. I am make-​up illiterate and my sister and mom, while more experienced then me, wanted suggestions for their skin tone and tips on how to apply the make-​up. We made an appointment with Audrey and she was wonderful.
She started by selecting a wide range of make-​up products that would go well with my complexion. She choose a green eyeliner which was very unique but looked really good. I typically go with black eyeliner and have realized how much better green is. After selecting all the products, Audrey went through and gave me a tutorial for how to put everything on for both a day at the office and a night out. She was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions. After going through everything for me, she helped my sister select eyeliner colors for her and gave her some tips as well.
Overall, this was the best experience any of us have had with a makeup expert. Audrey was very knowledgeable and put a lot of thought into what would look good on us. The store is adorable and since it is a smaller boutique type chain, you get a lot more individual attention then if you are at a larger chain. We would definitely recommend this store overall and Audrey if you are looking for a lesson!

I came here to look for a lipstick and lipliner so my wedding makeup. The customer service was great here! They have all of the designer brands of makeup which was great but a little pricey. If I was looking for the perfect color of gloss or lipstick I would definitely come here to get it!

The ladies here are always so friendly and helpful! Katie has made my family and me feel right at home. We love all the quality of products here and have never had a bad experience. Since Christmas is coming up, this is the place I’m coming to for some very sweet stocking stuffers. Thank you for the great experience!

I came in because they are the only location in Santa Fe that carries the Laura Mercier line. I had the most pleasant experience and wound up purchasing more products that I will soon need to replenish. Sara Giles is the associate who assisted me and passed along various practical makeup application secrets. I plan to return to purchase a new line of skincare– so many indulgent options. Sara is warm, courteous and knowledgable. She enhanced my experience in this great «beauty boutique» filled with high quality products!

I moved here recently and was excited to see a store that carries high end skin care as there is not a lot here for that. The sales people are nice enough to your face — as long as your buying and of course the products are really expensive. I did receive a free sample of an product. I liked it enough to buy another product from the same line (over $ 100), but did not ask for a sample. The next time I came in, I asked about another product from the same line, but was told I would have to buy something in order to get a sample. WTF?! What is this, Macy’s?! Do these people think I run some scam in the Southwest where I travel all over getting free samples and put them all together to make a full– size? get over yourselves. First and last purchase here.

I am useless with makeup, and a few hours before a friend’s wedding (in September) I realized I didn’t want to look horrible. I walked in and said, «I need to look pretty, help!» (seriously, I think that was exactly what I said) and they laughed and said to sit down and they’d take care of me. I said I wanted to look low-​maintenance but to even up my not-​so-​great skin. To do your makeup, they either charge $ 100, or ask that you buy 3 products. I opted for the latter.
Eloisa (I think that was her name — at least that is the name on the card she gave me) deftly made my face look decent, explained everything she was doing, and made me look marvelous. The products I ended up getting have been fantastic, and she even gave me small samples of some other things she used to see if I wanted to get them at a later date.

Best high-​end cosmetics and facial products in Santa Fe! The customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the products and are very friendly. You can order ahead and do a drive-​by pick up too! (since downtown parking can be tough some days). They have everything Dillard’s has (same price!) plus products you can’t find anywhere else in Santa Fe. The perfume selection is only the best. This place is more like Saks!
