Form + Function

Wow! Unbelievable prior review. My experience was 180 degrees away from Jay B.‘s. I cannot say enough good things about Form+Function. Lette Birn, owner, is a star in my book! Great service, great prices, fantastic experience. To date, I have spent in excess of $ 5,000 on lighting for our new home. My experience started when I wanted to match hand blown glass pendants that we have had for several years in our new home. I tried numerous lighting stores near San Francisco and many many internet sites with no success. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer made those, however, Lette (Form+Function) personally called the manufacturer and they located 16 identical shades in their stock room, assembled and shipped them in less than one week. I could hardly believe this result over the internet with one phone call. However, based upon this experience, I have placed 3 additional orders, all with the same experience. What I have found unique is that I am able to have an ongoing e-​mail dialog with her long after normal business hours. Lette in extremely knowledgable about her products, has a great sense for design and a very «sharp pencil» when it comes to pricing. I have had a wonderful experience and, unequivocally, recommend her for your lighting needs.
So to Jay B. I say, «Dude! What did you do to get off on the wrong foot? Lette is the best!»
