Apologies to J.L., although we can’t remember doing a job for this person. A message was sent offering apologies, a refund, or a reprint. We never heard back. We always aim to please and we’re very disappointed that we weren’t able to help. On another note, I wish Unilocal would include our other 5-​star ratings in our score, but they choose to leave some reviews off, for no apparent reason.

I’ve been using Image Ratio and their earlier incarnations for decades. They are a fine bunch of craftsmen. Do good work and good prices.

Another reason I will always check Unilocal before I use a business. These guys did a rush job for me, sure, but nothing was centered quite right, the paper wasn’t what I had asked for, the type set is inconsistent and there are actually tear marks in some of the cards. I could have had it done, with better customer service, and cheaper if I went down to office depot. I am not going to bother getting my money back from these guys, but jeeze, I work for a huge corporation, I could have meant business for them. It would have been nice to not only get a good product, but nice service as well. Both lacked, They were quick, but still not as quick as one of the big guys. Sad I don’t have anything better to write. If I were them I never would have sold the product they sold me. They should be embarrassed.
