Did not coordinate location of some of the equipment at install. Had to have them come back to relocate the equipment and incurred repair costs from their lack of coordination. In spite of numerous attempts to get instructions or an orientation of the system, I never got any. The alarm system ended up not being used for several months and I finally removed it. IHS outsourced the billing to a company in Ohio earlier this year. No online option to pay, have to send them a check.
I cannot recommend this firm.
