Jcrew, as always, in any town you shop in, is the best! But, here in Santa Fe it is my favorite local shop! From Jeff the manager, to Bön, Susie, Kelly and Elsa you can’t go wrong! They are ALWAYS happy and determined to find you the right size regardless which city it is in! They go out of their way to make your shopping experience the best! I love walking in the door of jcrew it feels like home!

They are so, so kind here. If you’re ever looking for help finding a work outfit, the ladies who work here are so helpful.

There is not much to add to a national chain like this one except perhaps that this store has a great sale rack in the back corner. Maybe a personal annoyance is the variation in sizes.

Its your typical corporate store, located downtown Santa Fe… the beauty of the downtown area are all the locally owned shops and restaurants. These guys need to go to the mall where they belong. :(

I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s the only store I can shop at in Santa Fe. How depressing is that. They do have a good selection and I try to stop in every month to pick something up. I have always loved JCrew and browse online before stopping in. I would say you can get better deals at the store sometimes than online and they almost always have small sizes available. What I hate in general about JCrew is their inflated sizes… very annoying! But you will find good quality clothing and trendy items at this store.

As expensive as J. Crew may be, their clothing is extremely well made. The staff at this specific store is extremely friendly and will assist you with anything your heart could desire! There is free parking for 1 hr(with validation) in the lot behind the store(off of Sheridan St) which is a better option than paying for public parking in the craziness of The Plaza. Their sales usually have great deals, which is what I usually shop for.
