I’ve been here about 4 times and I’ve always had a horrible experience! They take forever, have forgotten a complete order and are always out of things! Today the lady at the window finally came to assist me when I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes and all she says is «what?!» And I asked her for a straw and she turns around to her Co worker and yells at her«you didn’t tell him we don’t have any straws!» They are rude and have zero customer service skills!!! I wouldn’t even give this location half a star!

This time at Kentucky Fried Chicken, where we liked to eat occasionally when in a hurry, we ordered the new and very expensive boneless chicken, which is advertised by an ineffectual and inane slogan, «I ate the bones!» It was all right, but I still prefer the chicken-strips. Other things in the restaurant are new, as well. Our last visit to KFC on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe WILLBEOURLAST, mainly because THEPLACEWASABSOLUTELYFILTHY! We phoned the manager 30 minutes after leaving in abject disgust with our feed-bag, and she was completely unconcerned and cavalier about our suggestion that someone maintain the dining room floor and tables, which were covered in detritus, pop and food-slop. We always give places another chance if the bad experience was a fluke. This seems to be institutionalized sloth. To say that the new, utterly san-souci and septic spirit at KFC in Santa Fe is unappetizing is to utter one of the great understatements of the century.

Do not go here!!! Normally I wouldn’t go to KFC but there’s not tons of options for fried chicken in town. These people are mind-boggling slow… in taking your order, in filling your order. Ten-minute waits are nothing. Then they always are out of major menu items, but they can’t tell you this when you order… it’s always when you’ve gone around to pay. Then finally… the food is a greasy nightmare.
