Perfect Eyebrows

I stopped into Perfect Brows once a few weeks ago and haven’t been back. The wait time was very good, but I should have known it would be too good to be true. I sat down for a threading and the esthetician said, «You want them cleaned up?» I said yes please. I thought she was going to clean the brow product (pomade) off before she did the threading. She just went ahead and did it. Later when I got home I took it off. I redid my makeup the next day and noticed my brows were much thinner than I’d like. I’ve been letting them grow out again because I like a thicker brow. I had been growing them out previously for 16 weeks. Visiting perfect brows only set me back slightly. I’m very nervous to return, but if I do I definitely won’t be wearing any product. I didn’t know I was going to be whisked into a chair so quickly or I would have returned with a makeup free face. I’ve seen so many people get lovely brows here. I’d like to be one of them, but it hasn’t happened yet.

The shop is beautiful. Very clean and relaxing. The problem is the person doing nails. I’ve had many pedicures and manicure over years at various locations. Even I know polish will peel off if you don’t clean the oil off. Next day went back and showed the owner my peeling polish. She redid the nails but I mentioned that there was no shaping of my nails. They were clipped and left all crooked. I’m not sure she cared. During the appt, I had to request the tech trim my cuticles. I love the shop, but they need a new nail person. Wish them lots of luck in their new endeavors.

Friendly, clean, pleasant salon. I loved my manicure, the woman who did my nails was very sweet, and she didn’t judge my horrifying nails that hadn’t been done in ages. My only complaint was that I had an 11:30 appointment and they didn’t get to me until almost 11:45. Not that big a deal, but it did keep me from giving this experience five stars.

My wife has been here a few times to get her eyebrows done. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the threading has been done quickly and at a reasonable price, what else could you ask for.

Perfect Eyebrows Lounge and Spa recently expanded both their space and their services to include nails, hair, and massage (I might be missing something here). There is even a kids-​only hair section. It’s great to have everything expertly done at one location.
This spa is so lovely and clean, with lots of space! You don’t feel cramped. And, guess what? NO CHEMICAL smell! Yay! No more breath-​holding when doing your nails!
I love that this group takes their time and makes sure that I am pleased with their services. It is something that I rarely experience in Santa Fe. I wish that other businesses could follow this model.
You’ll be pleased with the services at Perfect Eyebrows. If you’re not, tell them. They’ll be glad you did. This is the kind of business that they are.
