I manage multiple HOA and Condo Associations and Santa Fe Property Maintenance is by far my greatest find as far as vendors are concerned. They have helped me with:
Major Maintenance and Repair to Metal and Torch Down Roofs (better than any roofer in Santa Fe and I have personal experience with most of them)
Gutter Maintenance and Replacement
Creating proper drainage on a concrete deck
Drywall repair and replacement
Skylight and Window repair and replacement
Drainage away from building foundations
Swamp Cooler and Air conditioning maintenance
Painting and Staining
Pressure washing and cleaning
All this and more and they have yet to let me down in any way. Even when mistakes happen they fix them right away without push back.
