Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing

They do excellent work, paying attention to details. Very courteous & patient with all my requests. On the expensive side perhaps, but very professional when compared to the alternative.
As opposed to the other reviewer, I found them more responsive & communicative than most other contractors I’ve dealt with.

We needed extensive work on our house: roof repair, stucco repair, and new window installation. Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing was always professional, helpful, and fairly priced. The crew that came out to do the work was always courteous and cleaned up after themselves. In the end our roof and new windows have remained leak free and the stucco repairs were so well done they are practically seamless with the existing stucco. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing or stucco work.

I made an appointment a week in advance for an estimate and two hours before the appointment, I get a call canceling due to weather. Huh? I’m south of Santa Fe about 25 miles, the sun was shining and the sky was blue. I guess it was lightly raining, in Santa Fe. They said they couldn’t come out because insurance prevents them from doing any work in inclement weather. It was an estimate for stucco repair! with just a walk around my property. This is a professional company with a really nice website too. I thought, if anyone could come through for me in the Land of Manna, it would be them, but I was wrong. This company is A typical of most businesses in this state. This was a job to where I was prepared to pay around $ 5,000 or more and they lost it. I called another stucco place out of Albuquerque that can do the job. We’ll see. It simply amazes me that anywhere else in the country, cash is king and people work hard but not here in New Mexico. This actually is a good thing that SF Stucco canceled like this because it says alot about any future work they might have done for me on the house. If they aren’t dependable right before the estimate then they won’t be throughout the job. But then I’ll never know will i?
