St Francis Health Center

I give this one star because the office people are kind and professional. On my first appointment with Nurse Practitioner Lynn Cordahl, I thought I found a good place to get the health support I am requiring. My second appointment with Lynn was HORRIBLE. She was unprofessional and downright cruel. Her behavior was despicable and unwarranted. I was offered an appointment with one of the new NP’S that was about to start until I reported Lynn to my insurance company. Now they have told me that since they are contracted as a group, they are bound by contractual ethics and can no longer allow me to see another practitioner there. I asked the insurance carrier about this, they said they have no such requirement… Why lie? AND… What ever happened to first, do no harm? Run, don’t walk to another practice in Santa Fe, if you can get an appointment elsewhere.
