I live a few miles south of this gym so very convenient not to have to drive all the way in to town VERY clean. I’m glad there’s not music playing as there’s often a Zumba class n people watching tv so don’t need any additional noise. Due to demographics, the crowd might not b into typical gym rock n roll etc. Lots of people listening to their own music. No ones ever given me a guilt trip for not having been in. The gym is compact so no space for sauna or extras. I wish it were a tad cheaper. Glad it’s here!

No music playing in very small gym, ever so uncomfortably silent. Can hear everyone’s conversation and breathing.
No heart rate monitors (hand sensors) on any elliptical machines.
A woman behind the desk literally counted the days I hadn’t been to the gym & gave a heavy handed, passive aggressive, gym-​shame, guilt trip. Ugh.
No step classes.
No dry sauna.
Would go somewhere else but my location limits options.

Great gym. Friendly staff, clean facility. It is very easy and nice to workout here.
