Certainly Ulta has plenty of quality products to offer. My complaint is that the staff don’t care much about customers, certainly not those over 30. Each and every time I’ve been there, I’ve heard the words«welcome to Ulta» but spoken in the most lame tone of voice. No one has ever looked me in the eye and thanked me, or smiled. The staff is quite young, with an attitude. I’ll still shop there for products I can’t get elsewhere but I’ve given up hoping for a friendly atmosphere.

I went to ULTA today to get highlights. I had been skeptical because before I moved here I had gone to the same stylist for a decade. To my surprise, the products were amazing. Even better, my stylist really listened to what I wanted, got excited about the color and listened to me about how much I wanted to spend. The color turned out perfect and I would recommend her to anyone. So happy I decided to give them about chance.
