Wagon Self Storage

I have been renting from Wagon Self Storage for about 3 months. From day 1 to today I have had a Wonderful Experience! Clean, prices are great, and the staff has been wonderful. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!
They even offer a soda or water while you visit or near the office… That is Great Service!

I’m not exactly sure what the French guy below me is saying, but I’ve used Wagon Self Storage for several years (and continue to) and have nothing but stellar things to say about this place.
The units are extremely clean, secure and the management is accessible, professional and remember you on a first name basis.
Any time I have had an issue, I have been able to call management and they return my call within minutes. Also, extremely friendly!
The pricing is normal for this area and with all of the cameras/​security, I feel great knowing that my important household items are safe.
I’ve used bot the outdoor and indoor-​climate controlled storage units. I prefer the indoor units, well, because of the temperature, but the outdoor units do have the ease of load/​unloading.
I have recommended this place to several friends who also have had nothing but a positive experience with this place.

AVOID! WORST managed and run storage facility in Santa Fe! DIRTY, and VERY, VERY expensive as well. The unit I rented had loose electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, several piles of concrete chunks in the front corners, and a large oil stain in right rear corner. I moved my vehicle out as soon as I made space at my own garage. When I went into the office a month or so later to rent another, similar unit, the supposed owner refused to accept his OWN coupon specifically from Wagon Storage, citing vague and unspecified «restrictions» which he apparently made up on the spot! I had a referral letter/​certificate from a previous tenant for a very specific deal, and he REFUSED to honor it. There were NO restrictions stated anywhere in the letter!
The management at this facility is shockingly inconsistent. I have been told at least half-​a-​dozen contradictory things about their price structure by various front-​desk employees. The alleged «owner» has replied with lies on
about this specific incident, including an OBVIOUSLY FAKE AND WRONG claim that he had some kind of crew who «cleaned» the unit I was assigned. I took photos of the filth!
I strongly DO NOT recommend this business because of the deception and grindingly poor customer «service». I found a storage spot less than five minutes away for about HALF of what Wagon charges. Again, AVOID.
