Wendy’s

Incorrect order, out of stuff. I think the staff is stoned. Patrons need to keep going back to the counter to correct orders creating quite a bottle neck.
At least the place is clean.

Your typically Wendy’s Chain restaurant. Have never been inside, only can speak for the drive-​thru, which is pretty fast & efficient. I’ve been here several times and they haven’t made any mistakes with my order. And they have Coke Zero (yay)!

One of these locations that only offers a discounted drink price for senior citizens. What a joke. Along with that, my daughter wanted a swirl ice cream. They said they only had vanilla or chocolate. I asked and said can’t you mix them together? They argued that it wouldn’t be like McDonald’s where it would be swirled together. I told them they had to improvise??? You can’t satisfy a customer and just put the 2 together? Really? Is it that hard to try to get the customer what they want? After 2 visits I will NEVER go there again. Service is horrible, flies are everywhere. Don’t depend on the drive thru either, they always screw your order up. You can easily see why minimum wage equals minimum work???

Great parking, consistent Wendy’s quality, clean and neat, some of the best people watching in Santa Fe.
