Krystal Kleen Karpet Kare

Recently, we used KKKK for our annual carpet cleaning and were very impressed and pleased. I checked out some companies on Unilocal and other sites before choosing KKKK. When I called to set up an appointment I got the company’s answering service, which was very professional. Within minutes Mark called back. We discussed price based on the area to be covered. Mark and his assistant (whom I did not meet) arrived right on time. After confirmation of the price, Mark and his helper went right to work. They did an excellent job. I have only two minor criticisms: Mark did not introduce the young man with him, and, the email I sent from the link on the company website two days before calling was never acknowledged.

Very professional outfit. The appointment was made a week in advance and was kept as agreed (which is a rarity nowadays). The man who did the cleaning arrived exactly on time (another rarity). He went promptly to work after confirming what I wanted done. I was happy to learn he also cleaned tile floors, which I added to my order, and was really amazed at the results. Two rooms, a hall and the kitchen took just slightly less than two hours. Excellent job at a very fair price. Looks like new. I highly recommend Krystal Kleen Karpet Kare.

I have used Krystal Kleen several times and they can always fit me in at a moment’s notice and do great work. Very reasonable and dependable.

I am never home when we get our carpets cleaned, this time I was. John at Krystal Kleen did a great job and were really friendly. They helped me move some furniture and provided foam blocks to make sure the wood didn’t warp from the water. John was great with the dogs, very friendly and gave me some nice tips for taking better care of our carpets.
