My boyfriend and I went in to get a new deck for his car so he could use his iPhone hands free. At first we were treated well, and we were set up pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the deck they sold us was not completely compatible and we still had to use the phone to handle navigation, even though it did mirror the phone screen on the deck. This was not what we were hoping for so we went in to have it replaced. They told us that we couldn’t have the features we wanted, so we had to go research on our own to find a deck that would. After successfully finding what we wanted we went back to have them replace it since we were unsatisfied. We made an appointment and dropped the car off, being told it would be about 2 hours. The whole time he waited they quoted him 10 more minutes, then 15, then 15 more. After everything, my boyfriend waited over 7 hours. During this time the employee Willis made some lewd comments to my boyfriend; comments that would have gotten me fired for sexual harassment at my own job. The other«salesperson» Rob had chewing tobacco in his mouth on both occasions when we dealt with him. I don’t care what he does in his own time, but it is generally looked down upon to deal with customers like that. Then, they had the nerve to charge another $ 50 for the installation of the new deck, even though he was told by the owner(who didn’t even stick around to keep his employees in line) that he would be receiving a discount as an apology for the experience. Our whole day was set back and the experience left us frustrated. We will not be returning, and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family, heck, even strangers, that their money would be better spent elsewhere.

Worst experience i’ve ever had trying to spend money. The guy at the front desk was a complete idiot and worst salesman i’ve ever met. He told me it was impossible to put an aftermarket stereo in my car because its foreign just because the site they use didn’t come up with any results for installation parts for my car. I went home later and found everything i needed online at like 10 different sites. I sat in that store for 15 plus minutes being talked down to and told there was no way it could be done unless i had thousands of dollars. The guy was LITERALLY laughing at me like i was an idiot for even thinking it could be done. He even took out the companies planing book to show me a customers PERSONALINFORMATION just to prove how expensive it is to put an aftermarket stereo in a foreign car. I don’t even think thats legal. I walked in to that store planning to buy an entire system for my car including subs amp speakers and installation parts and after talking to the guy I didnt even want to look around at their products i just walked straight out the door. That salesman needs to be fired before he loses his company even more valuable customers and business.
