I love the santa maria MAC store the girls are always so helpful. I have always had great customer service and the artist are all so friendly, My favorite is Anna well all of them. Definitely recommend !!!

The Mac counter in santa Maria has horrible service and its unorganized their lip liners are all broken unsharpened, there aren’t any sanitary wipes to wipe off the lipsticks.
I waited over 20 min to get someone to help me and finally a girl acknowledge me gave some lipsticks to tried on and said «I’m going on break but someone will be here to help you» no one ever came to help me, I could it stolen all this makeup and no one would have even known. While waiting for the service I didn’t get watching this one girl apply makeup on two different women using same brushes without cleaning them so gross… Smh its all bad and unsanitary at Mac

Always a pleasant experience. Every employee knows what they are talking about and is very helpful. Anna is one of the best makeup artists they have and will transform even the most plain faces into a beautiful woman. Their makeup is worth the small price to pay for a woman to feel good about herself.

M.a.c is the place that use to get me excited every weekend. But this m.a.c counter was the first time I disliked the employees. You’d think they’d be like every other m.a.c counter/store friendly, helpful, amazing?! YOU’D THINK. HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT. They have a pre-judgement attitudes as soon as you approach the counter. Most of the employees dont take the Tim or even seem intrested if you look like you dont have money. Sad to their knowledge I dress comfortable. When im not working said only time I get good help is whem im dressed in my work clothes. Only one girl was nice and seemed not to judge me when I was in my gym clothes. I will only go to see Dannika and the cute blonde with highlights.
The only reason I gave 3 stars are because those 2 girls were amazing.

Went in there the other day for my first Mac buying experience ever (mind you, only to buy one of their collector’s limited edition lines) and it was a very unpleasant experience.
one employee– i believe her name started with a «B” — was giving me attitude the entire time. yes, i was taking my time. but why was i taking my time? because MAC aint the cheapest make up and i needed to choose wisely in what i was buying for the simpsons collection.
the whole thing just made my evening more stressful and disappointing and it was quite a shame because this brand of make up sure does get a lot of praise and hoopla!
