This is the third pregnancy I have come and it gets better each time. I just had the best experience yet! Took the time talked and were very patient with all my family there and with baby beau! Alicea was pure perfection! Yay one happy family!

During our appointment no heart beat was found and we left quickly. After no follow up after 2 weeks, my wife called and found out they were not going to refund us and my wife had to request the photos they claimed to have. The photos came tonight and they were the same picture printed four times just zoomed in different amounts with the top cut off the picture. Would not recommend this company they have horrible customer service and didn’t provide us with what we paid for.

We went in for the gender reveal package which was $ 79. What a great deal, because they give you $ 79 off a future visit. This place was not really what I expected. It was a small office with a front office and one room for the ultrasound. The ultrasound room it’s huge and could fit my boyfriends entire greek family if we wanted. Our ultrasound tech Alyssa was very nice and down to earth. Took her almost the whole visit to find the gender because our baby was not cooperating. But I am glad we finally found it since we drove an hour to get there. The only reason why I dropped a star is because their system that did CD’s and color pictures was broken. Not a big deal because we plan on coming one more time and she offered to put both visits on one CD since they store the images. But if we didn’t, that would kinda suck. I just wish they would have given a call to clients to make them aware of this issue so we had the choice to reschedule if we wanted too.
