Smartphone Fix

Awful service they fixed my screen but broke my motherboard then they claimed that they didn’t do it, they did not want to replace my phone or anything didn’t even give me my money back. Crapy screen and very rude service.

So there I was on a rainy Tuesday afternoon, dropped my phone which landed face down, and cracked my screen. I was a bit shocked as my phone has survived a few other drops and never cracked. My facebook, emails, texts. Oh noooooo! Nothing I press is working!
Nearly crying as I had refused insurance this time around on my phone, I look up repair shops in santa maria and came across this place, and another on north Broadway. The one on north Broadway was charging me less ($ 120) but told me that they wouldn’t receive the parts until Friday (remember, this is happening on Tuesday!) I can’t possibly go two more nights without a working phone! How can I check-​in to places?! How can I check my Facebook notifications?!
So I call this place next and they tell me a price slightly higher ($ 150), BUT they can order the part needed and have it delivered next day (as long as the order is placed before 2:30pm). I sneak out of work and place an order for a new screen so they can begin repair NEXT DAY on Wednesday. Not only did the part arrive on time, but they fixed it up in less than an hour!
Everything is working good so far. The $ 150 definitely beats paying off the remaining balance on my phone AND the cost of a new one. I would highly recommend this place for those accidents that damage your mobile facebook/​yelp device!

I thought my IPad was a lost cause as smashed pretty bad. Well I was wrong! Smartphone Fix repaired my iPad in less than three hours and it is as good as new! Their customer service was awesome, explained what they were doing etc and the price was extremely reasonable. They warranty their work for 30 days but I was told if I have any future problems to bring it back and they will look as it. They also included a small fix to my iPhone 6! Definitely recommend this place, you will not be dissapointed and happy to have them local.

Went to the other repair place on Broadway and they charged me so much cheaper I thought I was getting a deal until the screen that was replaced started crapping out on me cause it was a cheap part from China. Then I found this secret gem in the mall and figured I’d give it a try… fixed with professionalism, and the part was worth the little bit of extra money so I don’t have to keep having problems with my phone.
Will definitely refer all of my friends to this place.
