I brought in a Nixon watch that needed a new battery(the watch cost about $ 150 to buy a few years ago). I asked how much a new battery would be and was told ‘not much’ and that it would take a couple days. I get a call 7 days later to pick up the watch and he charges me $ 50 bucks. I told him that was a rip off. I guess $ 50 bucks is ‘not much’ on Montana. Judging by the other reviews on here, I get the feeling there is a reason this guy doesn’t tell you the price until you go to pick your item. The worst part is that the battery died 6 months later. I should have read the Unilocal reviews before I came. I won’t make this mistake twice.

This guy is so overpriced it is ridiculous. He took advantage of my mother and charged her so much money to have a ring sized smaller(i.e., no new gold added) that another jeweler told me it was highway robbery. I would never, ever have any jewelry work done here.

Estimated a charge of $ 49 for a battery change on a Kenneth Cole watch and would take several days. Went to Tell Time and they charged $ 8 and took 10 minutes.
