I never made it to the dentist because his reception staff was incredibly incompetent. I tried to make an appointment for two weeks but since my insurance paperwork was still being processed, they would not schedule me an appt — even with documentation from the insurance company. They very frequently do not answer their phones during business hours and each receptionist tells a different string of lies. I was promised that they would be able to schedule me an appt before the end of the month if I waited for my paperwork, but when it came through, of course they were booked up and would do nothing to help me. I would not deal with these morons again!
