Obsessed with this place! Its such a cute spot. Every beauty brand you could want and an inhouse spa and esthetician! Where I get all of my Laura Mercier Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly.

I got my brows waxed & tinted, and lashes tinted.
I liked he quality of the service as well as the provider who was very nice. The only thing that lowers my review is that on the phone they mis-​quoted me $ 35 but then charged me $ 90.
I called to double check because the pricing online was unclear. When I asked are you sure $ 35 is what I will pay for all 3 services?– the woman on the phone replied: yes, it will be $ 35. This was the price I expected to pay… however when I finished they gave me a bill for $ 90.
When I asked why it was more than quoted — they let me know that each service was to be charged separately (brow tint 30, lash tint 35, and brow 25) and that the person on the phone was probably new and probably confused. The woman at the register then replied: ‘Sorry…we are training new people’. I felt very awkward after she said that and just paid the $ 90 and likely won’t go back after being made to feel like I was the idiot.

The best service I’ve ever received at a beauty store hands down. Manager Reagan is charming, intuitive, honest and personable. She answered all my questions and made relevant suggestions – when asked (key point). This was such an enjoyable experience doing something I usually dread at chain beauty stores due to the usual inattentive, unknowledgable, blasé staff. I live 40 miles away, but I’d drive to BlueMercury in Santa Monica just for the sheer enjoyment of shopping here for beauty products.
